Mission: Empowering communities and organizations to make meaningful change and create places where people are healthy, connected, and thriving.
New Resource! Elementary Mental Health and Prevention: Small Group Lessons
Developed in partnership with educators from around the state to meet the social-emotional needs of Oregon’s elementary students. These Mental Health Units were designed to target Tier II students in upper elementary (grades 3-6). Each unit provides a scripted lesson series that include strategies, activities, and tools for students to apply both in and outside the school setting.
These resources are available to Oregon educators at no cost.
How to access lessons: Click the unit logos below. You will be directed to an overview of contents which include a facilitator guide, lessons & printables, as well as a student data tracking tool. From there, you will be asked to provide some basic information in order to download the lessons. This information will only be used for our tracking purposes. Click on the images below for more information on each unit!
We are eager to learn from you! Folks that download materials will be invited into future reflection and feedback opportunities. Please reach out to Darci@matchstickpdx.com with any questions.
