The Matchstick Consulting team is hiring a full-time Statewide Trainer. We are looking for a relationship-oriented and collaborative person with experience working in partnership with young people and training or facilitating with young people and adults. This role will support building youth and adult partnerships, the implementation of Sources of Strength and other youth-led upstream prevention efforts across Oregon.

We are currently recruiting a Statewide Trainer located outside of the tri-county area (Multnomah, Washington, Clackamas counties).

This position is open until filled. Initial application review May 30th. We are holding time June 2nd and 5th for possible interviews.

Matchstick Consulting is building a team of youth and young adults to serve as Sources of Strength Peer Educators. This is a position aims to help support the current Matchstick Consulting team in serving schools and organizations across the state with suicide prevention through a youth/young adult perspective. As a Peer Educator, they'll have the opportunity to assist with planning our Sources Showcase, attend events to promote Sources of Strength, provide coaching to peer leaders in schools across Oregon, and so much more.
